Flushed'em Out_ Work in Progress

This is a shot I've been working on for the past few months mainly when I can squeeze in some time after work and on weekends. Its been tough but hopefully I can get the entire shot up soon. Missing the last cut so, for now its cuts 1,2 of 3.

I had the opportunity to meet some of the guys and gals that worked on this film, while I spent time working at Sony Imageworks. We had 3 projects going on at the same time and each team was tremendous; a great place to work and awesome people all around. This film looks great; congrats to everyone involved.

Brave

Next Pixar movie and it looks AMAZING !!!!! Different vibe from the great guys and gals at Pixar, but they just keep raising the bar and never fail. Cant wait to see and buy this one so I can see it over and over.....

Hydrogen Whiskey Studios

Well its been a while since my last post; over the past few months April-June I have been polishing my reel and working on a 2 character shot; as well as constantly looking for work. Took 3 animation tests in that same time for 2 studios; so far only heard back from 1 of the 2 and unfortunately it didnt work out. Still waiting to hear on the decision from the 3rd test. But all that doesnt matter now, as I landed back at Hydrogen Whiskey Studios in July and I am thankful for the opportunity. Its a smaller game studio and with that comes the tasks of being more than just an animator, but you help where you can. Being part of a team you have to play different roles at times. But now with this new project starting up I see nothing but animation ahead and cant wait to dive into it!!! Its going to be tons of fun. So back to working full time and working on the reel when I get home. Needless to say its going to be a grind, but in this industry its a way of life and I love it!!!!! Plan to post reel updates soon.

Green Lantern Released

Im a little behind on this but Green Lantern was released and had a pretty good showing on its opening weekend. A good sign to see....Congratulations to the entire Imageworks crew and I look foreword to whats to come.

Green Lantern

While at Imageworks I had the pleasure of working on "The Green Lantern"; and all I can say is it looks awesome. It was definitely different working on mainly VFX, but there was some animation shots and will soon have those up once the film comes out.

Sony Imageworks

Its been a while since my last post. Landed at Sony Imageworks in January wrapped at end of March. It was a great learning experience, and an awesome place to work. Hopefully as I continue grow and expanded my skill set, I will land back there again.
